Announcing...Food Glorious Food Catering as our 2016 Caterer


We are so proud to announce that we have partnered with Food Glorious Food Catering as our
2016 Diner en Blanc Dallas Official Caterer!  

 

Food Glorious Food Catering prides themselves with food that is artfully prepared and dramatically presented.  Your taste buds will be thrilled with the catering options we have for you this year.  And two very special new foodie items for this year...the meals are presented in an easy to carry multi-tiered bento box that is reusable, and...you will have the option to purchase a voucher for warm crepes made right at the secret location!

Catered meals will be available to purchase on the e-store through September 18th. 

Tier 1: A lite fare chilled bento box for two, that includes: A garlic crostini and roasted pepper hummus appetizer, followed by an upscale cheese and fruit platter, both to share. The main course is a chilled ham waldorf salad with deviled egg half, greek pasta salad and a vegetable crudite. Each guest receives their own individual tray of the main course. Cost: $45+ tax

 

 
Vegetarian Option: A lite fare chilled bento box for two, that includes: A garlic crostini and roasted pepper hummus appetizer, followed by an upscale cheese and fruit platter, both to share. The main course is a chilled golden quinoa and roasted brussel sprout salad with pomegranate glaze. Cost: $45+ tax
 

Tier 2: A chilled bento box for two that includes: A jalapeno smoked salmon mousse with garlic toasted baguettes, and an upscale cheese and fruit platter, both to share.  The main course includes 2 trays of a chilled pesto marinated grilled chicken with Dallas Mozzarella Company relish, balsamic glazed grilled vegetables, peruvian purple potatoes with champagne vinaigrette. Dessert comes with Tier 2 and includes a white chocolate-lemon curd mousse, assorted berries with angel food cake AND a dark chocolate mousse with mexican cinnamon cake with raspberries.  Cost: $70+ tax
 

Tier 3: A chilled bento box for two that includes: A white bean and rosemary puree with crostini, and accompanying cheeses and walnut galette. In addition, some gouda and truffle pecorino cheeses with goat cheese stuffed mini peppers, all to share.  The main course includes 2 trays of a sliced, smoked tenderloin with caramelized onions and horseradish cream, grilled artichoke and champagne marinated white asparagus with Tomato Confit roasted sunchoke and golden beet and bell pepper relish.  Dessert comes with Tier 3 and includes a white chocolate-lemon curd mousse, assorted berries with angel food cake AND a dark chocolate mousse with mexican cinnamon cake with raspberries.  Cost: $90+ tax
 


Dessert: A special treat for our Diner en Blanc Dallas 2016 attendees...a dessert station with warm crepes!  For $8+ tax, you will receive (2) warm mini crepes, made right at the secret location!  Choose from (2) options:

La Crepes Opera : Gran Marnier Soaked Strawberries in a Warm Crepe Covered with Whipped Cream and Valrhona White Chocolate Pearls

OR

La Crepe Clichy : Sliced Bananas and Nutella-Dark Chocolate Sauce with Whipped Cream 


Wine/Champagne: We are welcoming back Apothic as our National Wine Sponsor this year, and a new addition to our partners, Moet & Chandon Champagne!  You will have the choice to purchase several reds, whites and three champagne options to choose from. See our e-store for more information on the selections for 2016.
 
      
 
Note: As you know, Diner en Blanc Dallas is not a BYOB event - all alcohol consumed on-site is required to be purchased through our e-store, and wine and champagne only are part of the Diner en Blanc experience.  In order to comply with TABC laws, coolers will be checked at all rendezvous points prior to boarding busses, so that guests that mistakenly brought alcohol can leave it in their cars.  Any non e-store purchased alcohol will be confiscated and is not guaranteed to be returned. Please help us keep our licence to allow alcohol at these events by complying with the request. Thank you!

I am vegan, my guest is not. How can we both be accommodated and would the price be half of each tier if we order from different selections?
