Phase 2 - Sold Out! Phase 3 (Waiting List) opens Sept 1


Phase One and Two are now officially sold out!  Phase Three emails have been released as of 10pm Tuesday August 30th.

Phase THREE (The Waiting List) opens on September 1, 2016 at 12:00pm CDT.
  • All phases, even Phase One are first-come, first serve. There are limited spots and we expect to sell out of each phase. So do your best to register as soon as you can to secure your spot. No phase is guaranteed, even if you attended last year!
  • If you haven't created a PayPal account yet, do it now! It's the fastest and easiest way to pay for your tickets. 
  • Don't stop and browse the e-Store during registration. It will be open through September 18th.
  • Group and Table Leaders at each Rendezvous Point may not be available when you register. Make sure to have a backup Table Leader incase yours is not available.
  • If you believe you should have received a Phase 3 (Waiting List) invitation email, and have not yet, please email [email protected]. All emails have gone out, but we are human and might miss some of you. It doesn't mean that we don't love you, though!!
  • Thursday, September 1, 2016. 12:00pm CDT. Be there AND BE ON TIME!
