2019 Dîner en Blanc Dallas Guidelines

Bonjour! As we approach the 2019 Dîner en Blanc Dallas event, we want to communicate the official event guidelines to ensure that all attendees are aware of what to expect.

1.) All tickets are non-transferrable. Please ensure the name on your ID matches the name on your event receipt. Any individual who does not have a government-issued ID or does not match the name on the event receipt will not be allowed to board the bus.
 

2.) All clothing is to be all white; no exceptions will be made. Accessories must be white as well, including shoes. 
 

3.) Accessories such as hats, belts, purses, clutches, gloves, masks, fascinators, shoes, etc. must be white. Silver and gold accents are acceptable (i.e. belt buckles, shoe buckles, etc.) are acceptable.

4.) Shoes must be all white. No tennis shoes, athletic gear or baseball hats are permitted.
 

5.) Cocktail attire is required, as this is an elegant event. Attendees in inappropriate clothing in regards to style or length will not be admitted. Club clothing or streetwear is strictly prohibited.

5.) All transport items, such as coolers, carts and dollies, must be white; however, you may place white linens over any items that are not white. Additionally, all items used to transport food, tables, etc. must be able to fit under your table so that walkways are not blocked throughout the event.

6.) All event attendees must arrive at the event by the bus transportation provided by Dîner en Blanc. Anyone who comes to the venue by any other means than the Dîner en Blanc bus will not be admitted into the event. With that said, please be sure to arrive at your departure point at your designated time.

7.) All attendees must ride the bus that they are assigned and sit with their assigned table group. No acceptions or trades will be permitted when boarding the bus, setting up tables or when departing the venue.
