Everything You Need to Know About Invitations and Ticket Phases

One of the most common questions we receive each year is: How do Dîner en Blanc invitations work?

Unlike traditional events, Dîner en Blanc uses a phased invitation process that gives returning guests the opportunity to invite friends while welcoming new members into our growing Dallas community.

Phase 1: Returning Guests

Phase 1 invitations are reserved for guests who attended Dîner en Blanc Dallas the previous year. These guests receive priority access to secure their seats and continue the tradition with their tablemates.

Phase 1 Opens: July 9, 2026

Phase 2: Referred Guests

Phase 2 is reserved for guests invited by a returning participant. If you know someone who has attended Dîner en Blanc Dallas before, ask them to add you to their guest list.

Phase 2 Opens: July 15, 2026

Phase 3: Fan List Members

Phase 3 invitations are offered to guests on the Dallas Fan List. This is the best option for those attending for the first time who do not know a returning participant.

Phase 3 Opens: July 23, 2026
